Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2, 2026 · Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huinter.iO mobile application, websites, operator portal, API, MCP server, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Nanu Connect LLC, doing business as Huint Labs ("Huinter.iO," "Huinter," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Huinter.iO is currently intended for users in the United States only.
1. The Service
Huinter.iO operates a two-sided marketplace for location-based photo, observation, verification, and related real-world context tasks.
- Taskers use the mobile app to discover, claim, perform, and submit Tasks.
- Operators use the operator portal, API, MCP server, or approved integrations to create Tasks and receive Submissions.
The Service is designed to help Operators request lawful, safe, non-surveillance real-world context from people who are already near a requested location.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Credentials
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account, API keys, MCP credentials, webhook credentials, passwords, and devices secure.
You may not share credentials except through approved account, team, or integration features.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or credentials, including activity by agents, automated workflows, employees, contractors, or other authorized users acting under your operator account.
Notify us promptly at support@huint.io if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
4. Operators
Operators are responsible for all Tasks they create or submit through the Service, including Tasks submitted by agents, automated workflows, API clients, MCP clients, or other integrations.
Operators must ensure that Tasks are lawful, safe, specific, and appropriate for the Service.
Operators may not request Tasks that involve surveillance of a specific person, harassment, stalking, trespass, unsafe conduct, unlawful photography, entry onto restricted property, delivery or pickup errands, physical confrontation, or interaction with unwilling people.
Operators are responsible for their own use, storage, protection, compliance, and interpretation of Submissions after delivery.
5. Taskers
Taskers are responsible for completing Tasks lawfully, safely, accurately, and respectfully.
Taskers may not trespass, enter restricted areas, impersonate anyone, interfere with people or property, violate posted rules, create unsafe conditions, or capture content in a way that violates law or these Terms.
Taskers must submit genuine, live, task-responsive Submissions captured at or near the required location and time.
Taskers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Huinter.iO or any Operator.
6. Task Rules and Safety
All users must follow applicable law, these Terms, task instructions, safety guidance, and platform policies.
Your personal safety always comes first. No Task is worth your safety, and you should never put yourself or anyone else at risk to complete one. You decide whether a Task is safe to attempt, and you may decline or release any Task, at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
Tasks must be capable of being completed from lawful public areas or other areas where the Tasker is authorized to be. Taskers must never trespass, enter restricted or private property without authorization, follow or photograph specific individuals, surveil any person, confront anyone, or capture content in a way that violates the law or another person's rights.
If a Task appears unsafe, unlawful, unclear, or inappropriate, Taskers should not complete it and should report it through the Service or by contacting support@huint.io.
We may reject, cancel, remove, limit, or review any Task or Submission at our discretion.
7. Submissions and Verification
Submissions may include photos, media, observations, location signals, timestamps, device integrity signals, metadata, and related proof information.
We may use automated review, AI vision review, human review, Operator review, metadata checks, device checks, location checks, and other verification methods.
Verification is not perfect. A Submission may be approved, rejected, flagged, delayed, routed for human review, or require retake.
We do not guarantee that any Task will be completed, that any Submission will be accepted by an Operator, or that any Submission will satisfy an Operator's business, legal, or evidentiary needs.
8. Payments, Rewards, Fees, and Payouts
Payments, Operator funding, Task rewards, Tasker payouts, refunds, reversals, disputes, tax forms, and related payment services may be processed by Stripe, including Stripe Connect.
Operators are responsible for funding Tasks, applicable fees, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, reversals, and other amounts owed through the Service.
Taskers may earn rewards for verified completion of eligible Tasks. Rewards may be withheld, reversed, delayed, or denied for fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, failed verification, policy violations, disputes, payment issues, or legal compliance.
Taskers are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
We may change pricing, fees, rewards, payout timing, and payment features at any time, subject to applicable law and any written agreement we have with you.
9. API, MCP, Agents, and Automated Workflows
Operators may access the Service through approved APIs, MCP tools, hosted MCP endpoints, webhooks, SDKs, plugins, or other integrations.
You are responsible for all actions taken by your agents, automated workflows, API clients, MCP clients, plugins, scripts, employees, contractors, and other users operating under your credentials.
You must not expose API keys, bearer secrets, MCP credentials, webhook secrets, or other confidential credentials in browser, mobile, public repository, client-side, or otherwise insecure environments.
You must not use automation to bypass limits, create unsafe or unlawful Tasks, scrape the Service, overload systems, probe security controls, or interfere with platform operation.
We may throttle, suspend, revoke, rotate, or terminate credentials or integration access at any time.
10. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
By creating Tasks, submitting Submissions, sending instructions, uploading media, configuring integrations, or otherwise providing content to the Service, you grant Huinter.iO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, display, deliver, analyze, verify, moderate, and use that content to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
Taskers acknowledge that completed Submissions may be delivered to the requesting Operator and used by that Operator for its own purposes, subject to applicable law and the Operator's responsibilities.
You represent that you have all rights needed to provide content to the Service and to grant the rights described in these Terms.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate law, regulation, contract, property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights;
- stalk, harass, surveil, profile, or target a specific person;
- request or perform Tasks involving trespass, restricted areas, unsafe activity, confrontation, deception, or unlawful photography;
- submit false, staged, recycled, spoofed, AI-generated, manipulated, or misleading Submissions;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, attack, probe, overload, bypass, or compromise the Service;
- use the Service for weapons, law enforcement surveillance, private investigations targeting individuals, or other high-risk uses without our written approval;
- circumvent pricing, review, safety, fraud, location, device, or payment controls; or
- use the Service in any way that we determine may harm users, third parties, Huinter.iO, Operators, Taskers, or the public.
12. Intellectual Property
Huinter.iO, Huint, Huint Labs, our logos, marks, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, APIs, MCP tools, workflows, and other platform materials are owned by us or our licensors.
Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or by written agreement with us.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Stripe, Apple, mapping providers, cloud providers, analytics providers, AI or verification providers, communication providers, and other vendors.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not guarantee their availability, security, or performance.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, used the Service unlawfully or unsafely, failed verification, created payment risk, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, recordkeeping, licenses, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and audit or compliance obligations.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, error-free, or available at any particular time or location.
We do not warrant the quality, accuracy, legality, usefulness, safety, or business value of Tasks or Submissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huinter.iO, Nanu Connect LLC, Huint Labs, and our owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or replacement services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars or the amounts you paid to Huinter.iO for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huinter.iO, Nanu Connect LLC, Huint Labs, and our owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, your Tasks, your Submissions, your content, your agents or integrations, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You and Huinter.iO agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
